What kind of warranty is there against bat-induced damage?

Version 1 of the Backyard League Gaming Baseball is not designed for batting. The Gaming Baseball  is durable and it can withstand hard impact and rough play. We have a 12-month product warranty. It is tested with 100 throws at 55mph into a concrete wall.
